Company Profile
Goodman & ASSOCIATES
was established in 2005, founded by Douglas L.
Goodman, Registered Civil Engineer (RCE 28500).
With extensive experience in projects of all types,
it was the goal to create a small company that
would emphasize hands-on service by those closely
involved in the design and land surveying process,
thereby eliminating the layers of management and
administration commonly characteristic of medium
to large engineering/surveying companies. With
a combined fifty plus years in the profession,
and virtually 1000's of projects later, the goal
has been achieved and enjoyed by many satisfied
clients. The Vision Statement remains the same,
to provide personalized service with a broad and
deep level of experience to back it.
The size of the company has
in no way been a limiting factor to the size of projects we can handle. While
we have continued to serve small needs like lot line adjustments or lot surveys,
we have also successfully handled the major projects for large national builders
such as KB Home, Ryland Homes, and others. We have been participants in Master
Plans and Specific Plans as large as 3000 acres. We have worked on every type
of project imaginable, whether residential, commercial, industrial, or massive
infrastructure systems to serve large projects. We have maintained a commitment
to keeping current with CADD and survey technology and other standard software
packages useful to our profession. In short, we are a small company that is big
on service.
